Responsibilities
- Check-in guests and process check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Monitor the hotel property for security and safety protocols.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties in the lobby and common areas.
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily financial reports.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming for morning guests.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry.
