Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and process payments with a high degree of accuracy.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing information about local attractions and hotel amenities.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with the check-in process, including verifying identification and processing credit card information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and reception area at all times.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience with PMS (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
