Responsibilities
- Provide warm, efficient check-in/check-out services for all guests
- Manage reservations and room assignments using Opera property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requests
- Execute upselling strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards at the front desk
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish a plus
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
