As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our international clientele, handling check-ins, managing reservations, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera property management system
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Upsell hotel amenities, room upgrades, and local attractions
- Maintain detailed shift reports and security protocols
- Coordinate transportation services and local area recommendations
- Collaborate with concierge and valet staff for seamless guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish/Asian language skills highly valued
- High school diploma or equivalent required
