- Reservations: Manage room bookings, handle modifications, and verify guest information accurately.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints or special requests with patience and efficiency.
- Policy Adherence: Uphold all hotel policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
