Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using property management software (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage front desk inquiries promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Process payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and gift certificates.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required.
