Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready.
Qualifications
