As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for their entire stay. We are looking for someone who embodies the spirit of Miami and delivers excellence every day.
Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration information is accurate and secure.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails, acting as a friendly voice for the hotel.
- Assist with concierge requests, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain a pristine lobby environment and ensure front desk areas are organized.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or reception is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
