Your Role
As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and clean stay. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and common areas.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, and bathrooms to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.).
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop floors.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and stored correctly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
