Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Check-in and check-out guests efficiently while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Reservation Management: Manage hotel reservations using the Property Management System (PMS) accurately and in a timely manner.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain the front desk area, handle cash transactions, and prepare daily reports.
- Security & Safety: Adhere to all hotel security protocols and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Upselling: Promote hotel amenities, dining options, and special packages to increase revenue.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred but not required for high-potential candidates.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel software are a plus.
- Personality: A friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude is essential for success in this role.
