Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle all front desk operations, including answering inquiries, processing payments, and managing reservations accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure during peak hours and busy shifts.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Perform night audit duties as required, including balancing accounts and preparing daily reports.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or other hotel property management systems.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
