Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all registration procedures are followed accurately.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, managing emails, and responding to guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions with the highest level of security and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized lobby and front desk area at all times.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and professionalism to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Assist with concierge services and provide local area recommendations to visitors.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Receptionist preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
