Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and proactive problem-solving
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Operate point-of-sale systems and manage financial transactions accurately
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
- Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months hospitality or customer service experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Physical stamina for standing/walking long periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
