Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and guests entering our facility.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the main switchboard, screen and transfer incoming calls, and take accurate messages.
- Reception Support: Assist with check-in and check-out processes for visitors and manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy and organized.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, manage packages, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Customer Assistance: Answer general inquiries about our services and direct guests to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Access Control: Monitor security access points and ensure visitors sign in properly for building safety compliance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent educational background required.
- No Experience Necessary: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software and phone systems.
- Professional Appearance: Must present a neat, professional, and approachable appearance at all times.
