Responsibilities
- Execute smooth and efficient check-in and check-out procedures for guests with a focus on personalized service.
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Assist in processing billing and payment transactions accurately using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Handle room assignments and updates, including handling special requests and accessibility needs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; previous hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
- Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs when assisting with luggage or supplies.
