Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage room reservations and modify bookings per guest requests
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Provide local area recommendations and assistance
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Opera Cloud)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic math and cash handling accuracy
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for local errands)
