Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS
- Handle reservation inquiries and optimize room inventory
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Execute upselling strategies for premium services
- Maintain professional appearance and knowledge of local attractions
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask during peak periods
- Basic knowledge of Boston tourism and transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
