Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out processes with precision and efficiency
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments
- Resolve guest complaints and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance teams
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide concierge services and local attraction recommendations
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera, Cloudbeds) and communication tools
- Ensure lobby area remains pristine and welcoming at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or high-volume customer service experience
- Exceptional communication skills and multilingual abilities (Spanish highly valued)
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) with minimal notice
- Proficiency in PMS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
