Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile upon arrival, managing the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, or requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor building security systems, including cameras and keycard access logs, to ensure a safe environment.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the front desk cash drawer.
- Perform light housekeeping duties in the lobby and reception area to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks or coordinate with the maintenance team for urgent repairs.
- Ensure all guest documentation and registration forms are completed correctly and filed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and a professional demeanor.
