- Handle seamless check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room occupancy
- Respond promptly to guest requests and emergency situations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Prepare end-of-night reports and manage key inventory
- Uphold brand standards through exceptional service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera/Micros)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Tennessee driver's license preferred
- Basic first aid/CPR certification a plus
