Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in late-arriving guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Execute night audit procedures, including reconciling daily financial transactions and generating operational reports.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns during overnight hours with prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain the security and pristine appearance of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare for the following day's arrivals.
- Manage reservations, process payments, and update guest profiles in the property management system.
- Monitor building security and respond to any overnight emergencies according to protocol.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent, Night Auditor, or similar hospitality role.
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) and standard office applications.
- Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
