Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth
- Handle reservation inquiries and modifications
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Monitor surveillance systems during overnight hours
- Prepare daily reports and occupancy summaries
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the lobby area
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
