Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge support
- Handle reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery and problem resolution
- Assist with special events, VIP guest handling, and local recommendations
- Maintain accurate records using property management systems
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months of customer service or hotel experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Delphi)
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and safety protocols
- Valid driver's license (for local errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
