- Efficiently check in/check out guests while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and urgency
- Manage night audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Sell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain security protocols and monitor premises during overnight hours
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
