Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming calls and emails with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel front desk role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software (Opera/Synergy preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
