Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for overnight guests with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate with housekeeping/management teams
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate guest records
- Monitor security protocols and manage access for authorized personnel
- Prepare end-of-day reports and reconcile daily transactions
- Uphold brand standards through consistent service delivery
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hotel front desk or customer service experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for airport runs if needed)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and events
