Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations during assigned shifts to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff, providing clear instructions and support.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including room supplies and amenities.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety, security, and health regulations.
- Perform financial duties, including cash handling, opening/closing shifts, and preparing daily reports.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages collaboration and high performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software (PMS) and basic computer applications.
- Valid state-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
