Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist all hotel guests with check-in/out processes
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure operational efficiency
- Upsell hotel services and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
