Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes
- Respond to guest inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Manage phone calls and reservations using our property management system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby and public areas
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
Qualifications
