Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services using our property management system
- Manage room reservations and modify bookings based on availability
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Execute upselling strategies for room upgrades and amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
