Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and execute smooth check-ins and check-outs with a smile.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage front desk operations, including cash handling, credit card processing, and reservation management.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues or complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in processing special requests and ensuring every guest feels valued and heard.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn property management systems quickly.
- Reliable attendance and the flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
