Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests entering the hotel lobby.
- Guest Assistance: Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes using hotel management software.
- Housekeeping Support: Maintain a pristine environment by assisting with cleaning duties and restocking amenities in guest rooms.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Problem Resolution: Handle minor guest complaints with a smile and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation and be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Work Ethic: High level of professionalism and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Ability to stand for long periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
