Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Guest Relations: Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with a focus on exceeding guest expectations.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to emails promptly using our property management system.
- Operational Support: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area and lobby.
- Payment Processing: Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Security: Monitor access logs and ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior hospitality experience necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
