Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management systems.
- Greet all visitors and residents with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the correct department or person.
- Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist with mail distribution, package handling, and general administrative duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus, but not required for this role.
