As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences and are seeking team members who share our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Operations: Handle check-outs, process payments, and manage room reservations accurately using our Property Management System.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries regarding local attractions, services, and hotel policies.
- Problem Solving: Assist guests with special requests, complaints, and general concierge services to ensure a comfortable stay.
- Administrative: Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception desk and lobby lounge.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure seamless hotel operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn hotel software quickly.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
