Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to exacting standards.
- Change bed linens, restock amenities, and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Follow strict safety protocols and chemical handling procedures.
- Engage with guests professionally to address specific cleaning requests or feedback.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly after use.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
