Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them with a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Reservation Management: Manage the hotel's reservation system, update guest profiles, and handle bookings efficiently.
- Front Office Operations: Maintain the front desk area, manage the switchboard, and distribute incoming calls or messages.
- Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and balance the daily shift register at the end of the night.
- Security: Monitor building security and access controls to ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Communication: Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but NOT required. We value attitude over experience.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished and professional appearance.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
