Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all hotel guests
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins/check-outs
- Assist with housekeeping and room preparation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Coordinate with maintenance and security teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates welcome
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid driver's license preferred
