Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional greeting to all visitors and guests.
- Reception Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; manage the switchboard and reception area efficiently.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle check-ins and check-outs with precision using our property management software.
- Mail & Communication: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Shift Coverage: Adhere to the shift schedule and assist in maintaining a secure and organized front entrance.
- Customer Service: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are the only prerequisites.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for scheduled shift work.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers and smartphones is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads (up to 25 lbs).
