Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming first and last impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and respond to emails promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes with discretion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and lobby.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation.
- Process payments and handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with property management systems (training provided).
- Professional appearance and a positive, outgoing demeanor.
