Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and ensure a smooth departure process.
- Operations: Handle all front desk operations, including answering phones, processing reservations, and managing guest inquiries via email or in-person.
- Problem Solving: Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Security: Verify guest identities and ensure the security of the property by monitoring key card access and maintaining a safe environment.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance needs and housekeeping requests to the appropriate departments to maintain pristine room conditions.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of guest information and handle cash and credit transactions with precision.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are looking for eager learners with a positive attitude; prior hotel experience is a bonus but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
- Customer Service: A genuine passion for helping others and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new property management software quickly.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to the hotel's grooming standards.
