Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check in guests with professionalism and efficiency
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries Operate property management systems (PMS) and booking software
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate when necessary
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Uphold brand standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
