Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage all front desk activities during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card issuance.
  • Guest Assistance: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Financial Accuracy: Process nightly credit card settlements, cash drops, and manage the safe with strict accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Security & Safety: Conduct regular security patrols of the property, including parking lots and common areas, to ensure guest and staff safety.

  • Cleanliness: Ensure the lobby, reception area, and restrooms are immaculate and welcoming throughout the night.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or a similar customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Availability: Must be available to work nights, specifically from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
