Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and check them in/out efficiently using our property management system.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails regarding reservations and inquiries.
- Assist in housekeeping duties as needed to ensure high standards of hygiene.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
