Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently.
- Guest Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction levels and personally address any concerns to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Financial Control: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial reports to drive profitability.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and local regulations.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in hotel management or the hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to resolve conflicts and make quick, effective decisions.
