Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression and setting the tone for their stay.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, verifying identity and collecting payments while maintaining accuracy.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Operations: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby area, and public spaces.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and restaurant staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Physical: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn hotel property management systems.
