Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them appropriately or answer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Greet visitors warmly and assist with directions, information requests, and general inquiries.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Monitor the lobby and common areas to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, mail distribution, and maintaining guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with using property management systems.
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
