Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Oversee guest relations, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with a focus on 5-star service standards.
- Supervise and train hotel staff, including housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Handle cash handling, credit card transactions, and petty cash reconciliation accurately.
- Conduct nightly audits and prepare daily reports for management.
- Enforce company policies and local regulations regarding health and safety.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel management, front desk supervision, or a related hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bi-lingual candidates preferred but not required.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation.
