Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.Manage phone inquiries, take reservations, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.Handle cash transactions, process credit cards, and balance the daily cash drawer accurately.Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.Address guest questions and concerns promptly, escalating complex issues to the management team when necessary.Assist with other hotel operations, such as concierge services or key management, as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required; a hospitality degree is a plus but not mandatory.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus but not required.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.A valid driver's license is preferred.
