Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining accuracy in reservation systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and anticipate needs
- Manage multi-line phone systems and coordinate with housekeeping/room service
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and balance daily transactions
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain clean, organized front desk area and lobby spaces
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred (entry-level welcome)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with hotel software (e.g., Opera, Delphi) and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
